Me and Richard are taking part in the Coast to Coast Challenge 2010 on behalf of the Alzheimers Society. The challenge is to cycle 170 miles from Workington on the West Coast to Whitby on the East Coast.

This charity is close to my heart as my Grandad has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimers and the charity has provided us with first class support, The Charity works really hard and I know that any help given would be greatly appreciated. by myself and the Society.
