For some bizarre reason I have agreed to do another triathlon (South West Triathlon, Caldicot - 12th July 2009) and as you can see from the picture the last time I did one I turned into the living dead.

This time I feel someone should benefit from my pain so I am collecting sponsorship for Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (plus it might help persuade the hotel to let me use the spa pool to train in!)
