I am aiming to ride from Scropton to Worcester (approx 65 miles) on Friday Nov 14th  to raise money for Children in need.

I also intend to get my weight down to 18st before I go. (currently 18st 5oz from 23st in January this year.

I'm doing this because I can and quite clearly couldn't have done it a year ago. Please make it a little less shallow and self centred by supporting children in need through my justgiving site.
