Our daughter Megan was born prematurely, 11 weeks early, and was wonderfully cared for in the special neonatal unit at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Like many others, she owes her life to their care, dedication and to medical science

PLEASE HELP ME RAISE FUNDS TO HELP OTHER PREMATURE AND SICK BABIES.

This will be my first half marathon and I will run it on my birthday, which is symbolic. For those of you that don't know it, the Great North Run starts in Newcastle and finishes on the coast at South Shields. You can watch the race and maybe see me on TV!

At the moment, I am training hard and will let you know how I am getting on, if you visit this page from time to time. UPDATE 19/07: Just completed my first 7 mile run! UPDATE 01/08: Now 9 miles under my belt! Update 18/09: Training going well with under 10min miles and looking forward to the big day now!
