Advertiser for Africa is a campaign being run by the Dorking and Leatherhead Advertiser newspaper in Surrey.

We are asking schools, youth groups, businesses and readers to organise fundraising events and donate money which will go towards the charity East African Playgrounds.

The charity aims to change the lives of children across East Africa by developing school environments through sports and play facilities.

Our chief reporter, Sam Blackledge, will visit Uganda in September to report on how your money is being spent, and how our campaign has helped.
