Welcome all,

Well many of you may be aware I am attempting a series of events this year before I turn to 30 and the mid-age spread properly kicks in.  And all I ask is you help me raise some money for charity - "its for charity"

I haven't asked for sponsorship from anyone since the London Marathon back in 2007, since then I have completed around:
2 x Marathons (Paris and Lochness)
3 x Tough Guy
7 x Olympic Distance Tri
1 x Half Ironman Tri
3 x Grizzly
as well as a few other things
This year I am trying to complete the following, weather and body permitting
1 x Ironman UK
1 x Ironman 70.3 uk (Toughest Ironman 70.3 in the world)
1 x Lands End to John O'groats
1 x London Marathon

I think that this summarises what I am trying to do before hitting 30
"The greater danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it's too low and we reach it"
