Story
Hi There,
In September 2011 I am going to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in order to raise money fo Marie Curie Cancer Care. Marie Curie nurses look after people who are very sick in their own homes so it is a great cause!!
I am training hard and would really appreciate your support!!

01/01/2010 - Hi!
Think this page might be more interesting if I keep it up to date. Right so, there are 2 really important things in my head at the moment - fundraising and starting to get fit. As its New Years Day I thought a couple of New Years resolutions are in order....
1. I need to start getting fit - this is going to start on my first week back in Leicester (I have a few more days of the hols to enjoy before I get back J ) ....I am going to try British Military Fitness Training...its on a Saturday mornings and I have heard good things about it. (I am scared though). We'll see how that goes....I might have to join a gym as well but I am not going to rush into that :-)
2. Fundraising - Well the date of my ball is booked - the 22nd of May. Still need to organise a band and raffle prizes...oh and I need to do a food tasting which should be fun J Plan to have tickets designed and printed by end of January - let me know if you want one - it looks like is going to be a fabulous night!!

November 2009 -Hi Everyone!
Well, last week I thought would like a new challenge - so I have decided to take on the highest mountain in Africa - here I come!! I am taking on this challenge to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer care. This is a really good cause which helps people who are dying from cancer. Marie Curie Nurses provide free nursing care to cancer patients and those with other terminal illnesses in their own homes. As those of you who know me are well aware the extent of my exercise routine at the minute doesn’t really consist of much more than throwing shapes on the dance floor at the weekend :-) So I have lots of getting fit to do! I will be organising lots of fun events in order to achieve my target – however it really is a good cause so please donate as much as you can!!
