Thank you all for your support in helping me to raise the whopping £4,500 to Whizz-Kidz charity. Also, a BIG thank you to my Mum & Dad, James, Mark, Ronan, Aaron who waited for me patiently at mile 18 and gave me the much needed energy boosts to carry on and finish the course when I was at my lowest point suffering form intermittent pains and cramps on my legs.

Well - I finished in 5:45:55 - it is a personal best, although I am determined to beat that next year - perhaps in a different city - somewhere cooler preferably .....
