Bit heart-felt - but all true:

I’m walking for Mel, who fought so bravely but was taken far too early last November at the age of 35. I’m walking for Caroline and Angela, who are so very strong in the face of this cruel disease. I’m walking for Diana fully recovered and fighting fit. I’m walking for Christine who lived so well and fought for so long and defied all the odds but was finally taken 20 years after diagnosis. I'm walking in memory of Elizabeth, taken 16 years to the day before the walk. I’m walking for every woman who has had the relief of a negative result and for the future of those who are not so lucky.
