Thank you very much for everyone that has supported me with my last minute appeal...

The run was yesterday and I managed to do it without stopping in 68 minutes which was not too bad through the wind and the rain with a bit of sun also for good measure.  

My knees are hurting but after having watched the tennis all afternoon and seen Rafa's all strapped up - I don't feel I should make too much of a fuss!
