Hi All

I all of you may not be aware (you are now) I am running the Great North Run this year. My aim is to win but if I come second I will be happy with hitting my fundraising target - this is where you come in!

As some of you may be aware Cancer has effect mine and the lives around me this year and I know this charity is not directly the Cancer that has affected us, I still believe it is important to raise money for those affected and their family's.

For those who know me well will know what a achievement it will be for me to fit and ready for this race but it will a massive achievement for me to not only win the race but raise the money.

So all please dig deep and put a few quid aside for a fat lad!

To witness this all tune in to BBC1 on 5th October, I will be the one at the front in the pink top! (Kenyans got nowt on me)
