Story

Hi Everybody!

This is a warning to everybody, agreeing to something while drunk can get you in serious trouble, I know because it has happened to me. After a conversation over a few beers in the pub snowballed completely, I now find myself signed up to run the New York Marathon. 26.2 miles of severe pain and chaffage to look forward to but luckily two mates have been stupid enough to sign up with me so I’ll have some company.

For those of you I have seen recently, yes I know I will have to stop smoking and it would probably be a good idea if I didn’t go out with the sole mission to get as drunk as possible.
To help make the pain of the months of training, strict diet, zero alcohol and the run itself a little easier to bear please could you take the time to sponsor me and give some money to charity, go on, it will give you a warm fuzzy feeling inside! The charity I am running for is Everyman which is part of the Institute of Cancer Research It is a huge amount I am looking to get to and every penny counts so please spare what you can.

For those of you that I have not seen in a while / don’t like me / forgotten who the hell I am, please give for a very worthy cause. It is quick and easy to do as the charity itself explain.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Institute of Cancer Research & Everyman gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
