Hiya folks!

I'm attempting the Great North Run again this year (half-marathon) in sunny Newcastle.  If you can spare a few pennies in support, that would be great, although  I do realise that you probably receive lots of similar requests!

It's all happening on Sunday 5th October, so I' ve got plenty of time to do some training, in theory... I'm going to attempt to finish in 2hrs, 15mins this year - fingers crossed!
