Story

Thank f**k it's all over - you can still sponsor us though

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page where you can make donations for all the members of Team Raw & Team McNaughton as they take on Oxfam's epic Trailtrekker event.

Team Raw :

ALEX RAW
ANNA BAINBRIDGE
SARAH BURLEY
CHOG BURLEY

Team McNaughton :

PHILIP McNAUGHTON
LAURA SIMPSON
LAURA MATTHEWS
GEORGE LEES

In May 2009 these two teams of intrepid adventurers will be taking on one of the toughest trekking events ever attempted - to trek100 Kilometres in under 30 hours. That's the equivalent of nearly 3 marathons back to back.

To do this challenge the teams will have to trekthrough the night and, just to make sure it's not too easy, they will attempting this over some of thetoughest terrain in the uk - the Yorkshire Dales.

This has never before been attempted.

You may think you know these people, but ask yourself this - do you really think they can finish something as tough and demanding as this?

If the answer is 'yes', then please demostrate your blind faith and unjustifed support with a large donation to Oxfam. Between them the two teams are hoping to raise over £3000 for Oxfam so please give generously.

If the answer is 'No', then perhaps a large donation to Oxfam may assuage some of the guilt you must now be feeling for your lack of belief in your friends/relatives.

Many thanks,

Alex, Anna, Sarah, Chog, Philip, Laura, Laura & George.

ps.
