Dear all,

This year, against my better judgement, I'm going to be running the London Marathon on behalf of Get Kids Going. It's something I've wanted to do for about 10 years and I'm not getting any younger (or thinner!) so thought it was about time to step up!

I'm running for an incredibly worthy charity that helps disabled children to lead far more active lives than ordinarily possible. I would be really chuffed if you would help me raise as much money for them as possible!
