..... final update....I finished the Great North Run in 1hr 51min 56secs.  Thank you to everybody for your support.

.....update 2nd June.....I completed the Manchester 10k in 50min 7secs and the Edinburgh Marathon on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year so far in 4hrs 11mins 24secs.....it sure was hot!  Just 13.1 miles left to go now in the Great North Run.

Well here I am again!

Not content with surviving my first marathon attempt last year I've decided to do it all again.  So this year it's the Manchester 10k on 17th May, the Edinburgh Marathon on 31st May and finally the Great North Run on 20th September. 

I am truly grateful to the many people who helped me to raise a fantastic amount last year and I hope you are able to donate something this year to help the charity continue its support to families affected by Muscular Dystrophy.
