Story
The eagle eyed will have noticed that I have been involved in some strange cycling ideas recently. This is because I am training to cycle nearly 60 miles round the Wirral to raise money for Birkenhead Sainsbury's charity of the year - the Alzheimer's Society.
The event is part of the Northern Zone's 'Big Ride 3' and I will be cycling nearly 60 miles on 11th September visiting all Sainsbury's stores on the Wirral in one go!
This is quite a challenge as the longest ride I have been on since gaining my driving license 32 years ago is just 24 miles - and that was just the other day when training! Hence 60 miles in one day is a really scary challenge and I hope you will donate to the charity I am supporting.
