As some of you will know, I'm going to be running in the Loch Ness Marathon at the beginning of October. In the hope that some good might come of this potentially foolish endeavour, I'm trying to raise money for SPANA (the Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad) - I think it's a very worthy cause but, if you're not convinced, have a look at their site (address below).

I've set up this page as an easy (and safe) way to donate, with the added bonus of Gift Aid where appropriate. Every penny will be passed onto SPANA, and it's faster than any other method.
