Thank you for visiting my fundraising page...I have walked  from Pontypridd to Carmarthen on the 6th, 7th & 8th of June.

My next venture is walking from the Rhondda to Cardiff City Hall on the 24th & 25th of July, Tandum sky dive on the 26th, And to finish the weekend off a 1mile Swim on the 27th of july.

I sufferd from renal failure in September 2007 and now have fully recoverd. I am raising money for Kidney Wales and Donate Wales to raise awareness of renal failure in all age groups and to raise money for specialist equipment and research facilities.
