Why MS Society?

My oldest and dearest school friend grew up nursing a father whose life was gradually taken away by Multiple Sclerosis.  He died when we were only 17 years old.

Multiple Sclerosis is the most common disabling neurological condition affecting young adults.  In Europe, over 400,000 have the disease.

The MS Society provides support to those that have to live with the disease, and funds much needed research.

Why the 2008 Flora London Marathon?

My school friend and I raised £6000 for MS when we ran the New York Marathon in 2003.

...and we felt it was about time to do it all again!
