Hi All.

As you may be aware, I am really not the type of person who ever does exercise!!! In fact , most days the most exercise I get is raising my hand to flag my cab to work.  However, Mrs Rahman has persauded me to join her in taking part in the BUPA Great Capital 10K run on the 20 July 2008 and so here I am.

I have chosen to raise money for the Huntingdon Disease Association (HDA), because, as some of you may know, it is a disease close to me as my father has it.

So please, please, please sponsor me if you can, even if it is just that you can have a laugh at any pictures there may be of me going bright red as a lobster as I even just bend down to tie my trainers.
