So, I raised money for the Birmingham Women's Hospital by learning to Sign 'Defying Gravity' in honour of the babies who defy their own gravity (including my second cousin, Mason)! Initially, I learned the 'Glee' version (Lea Michelle) as this seemed like a more realistic ambition but I can now Sign Rachel Tucker's solo version. Rachel was playing Elphaba in 'Wicked' at the time of the recording.

My challenge proved life-changing, as I took the lyrics and character (as she is in that moment) into my heart. I hope the challenge changes not only my life but someone else's. Thank you to all who donated.
