Well I did it! I complete the Cardiff Half Marathon in 3 hours 10 minutes. I might have ended up with a slightly better time if I had not pulled a muscle in mile 11, but I'm just chuffed to have gotten round.

I have been raising money for Ty Hafan to help support the amazing work they do with children with terminal illnesses.

It's not too late to donate either, so if you're feeling generous please give what you can. It all helps.

I feel blessed that I have never personally known anyone who has had to use this service, but there are countless families out there that need Ty Hafan.
