To celebrate my 50th birthday myself and a few pals from work will be running the Edinburgh marathon. I'm running to raise money for Alzheimers Scotland as I lost my father to this awful disease 18 months ago.  I feel very deeply about how this affected our whole family  and therefore wish to support this worthwhile cause and help other families who are struggling to cope with this cruel condition.
