Nine years after Niall Quinn cut my hair,the time came to get it done again.We (Consett S.A.F.C.S.A.) held a charity race night at Consett Demi on Friday 10th of October,& it's all been shaved off again.

I raised £350 in 1999,but would like to get a little bit more this time - hence the £500 target.I,probably like many of you reading this,have lost family & friends to the so-called "dark friend".(SMB members know what i mean).There are many cancer charities in the UK,but Cancer Research are the most well known,so they are again my choice.

For those of you who haven't met me yet,or don't know me,i have to say,i do have long hair,which goes a few inches below my shoulders,so there is reasoning to me doing this

There was a great turnout on Friday.The Grand Total raised  on the night for SNUG was £1485.45. This figure includes £192 from the raffle for the SNUG football team.

Myself,i collected £117.50 on the night,& also had a donation of £50 from Consett S.A.F.C.S.A. as well.I still have some money to collect from work & add to the total.

I'll try posting some before & after pics on here once i get them all sorted,but they will be available to anyone via email who requests them - can't think why you'd want to though :)
