I ran this years Flora London Marathon in 4 hours 50 minutes. It was hot, very hot, and at the end I was in agony, but it was worth it. What an experience.

This was all to raise the profile of the Parkinson's disease society

Dad suffered from Parkinson's disease for about 20 years. The Parkinson's Disease Society made things easier for dad in the later stages of the illness when he was further diagnosed with cancer. I have run for Cancer Research and have this time chosen a less high profile charity in order to raise money for research into developing a cure for, and easing the symptoms of Parkinsons Disease.
