Yep - I'm off at the end of November to compete in the Eilat triathlon - a 1500 metre swim, 40k cycle and then 10k run, all in the brutal climes of the Israeli desert.
 
I'm doing this to raise £3000 for Kisharon (see left for details!) and your money will go towards such things as school renovations, new equipment for the bike shop and the bakery that's soon to open, and the establishment of a residential summer scheme for young adults...and lots, lots more good stuff.
