I have set myself the challenge of participating in this years Hike4Life from 30th July to 9th August 2009, in attempt to raise money for FOCUS HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE. I will be hiking for approximately 6-8 hours per day. Focus Humanitarian Assistance is an international group of agencies established in Europe, North America and South Asia to complement the provision of emergency relief, principally in the developing world.
