HI MY NAMES MATTHEW RAMSAY

 I have been running for Headway Porstsmouth for 3 years now. 

I started when i was 9yrs old.

I have enjoyed running for a charity I can really help with and keep fit at the same time.

My uncle Andi had a car accident 10yrs ago, he was told by the doctors that he would never walk again let alone run.

He is now taking a break this year from the great south run and celebrating his 10th year since the accident, by running the BERLIN MARATHON.

But im continuing this year by helping my Nana Joy Ward in helping to raise money and awaraness of Headway, by running the Junior Great South run on saturday 23rd october 2010.
