We fund life changing research to change the future of spinal cord injury

Story

Dear All

I have, in a moment of madness, agreed to run the Flora London Marathon 2008 on behalf of Spinal Research. I should be extremely grateful if you would please sponsor me to undertake this challenge and if you're seeking justification to part with your hard earned cash, below are four worthy reasons to do so:

1. the obvious: we take our bodies for granted and you never know what life has in store;

2. I will be running in a pink tutu and on the basis of last weekend's training, I shall have a face the colour of beetroot for the entire 26 miles;

3. training shall involve me giving up alcohol (for most of you that know me well, that will be a challenge in itself); and

4. because you're great, generous and big hearted!

Please please please do give as much as you can afford. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Spinal Research will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Much love and thanks.

Anna xx

P.s. If you can't afford to donate, please come and support me on the day (or simply hang around the finish line with a bottle of Chablis/Methylated Spirits - I think I will be in need of it)! x
