Hello!

Well I did it and have the medal to prove it!! 4 hours and 50 minutes which i am very pleased with as a first attempt - pretty consistent 11 minute mile throughout.

Big thank you to all those who have sponsored me and helped raise such a massive amount of money for the NSPCC.
