On the 14th November 2009, Richard Sutton and I will be setting off to Africa to take part in an expedition walking 100km across the dunes of the Sahara in aid of the servicemen who are wounded in the line of duty, fighting for us and our country on which, I for one, am eternally grateful, as we all should be.

Richard's brother Gary is stationed in Afghanistan at the moment, and my step brothers have both served in the area, so Rich and I have decided to give something back to show our gratitude to the men and women of our armed forces. They ALL deserve more support.
