Story

Our beloved friend, and incredibly talented artist Antonio Russo aka "Stony" sadly lost his battle brain tumour fight known as a "Glioblastoma" on Wednesday 15th June 2022 aged just 57.

Despite having severe dyslexia & being autistic, Antonio lived life to the fullest, becoming a "Formula Ford" driver at 18 & age just 21, was racing cars in "Formula three" He was also signed with the production company Sony BMG under his own house label, "Loony Records" working with names such as Usher, Kanye West, and Eliza Doolittle.

As an artist he has exhibited all over the world, in locations such as;

Miami - New York - "The Louvre in Paris" - Los Angeles - Las Vegas - Dubai - & London.

In February 2019 he was diagnosed with a glioblastoma Grade 4 Brain Tumour, undergoing 2 major surgeries in that time, as well as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and also participated in a clinical trial.

Grove Square Galleries are determined to raise awareness & therefore funds to help with the scientific research in immunotherapy, and throughout 2022 we will be hosting various exhibitions, events & sporting activities to help drive our fund raising activities.

Our initial target is to raise £20,000
