So a group of us decided it would be an entirely sensible idea to attempt the 10k Total Warrior obstacle course as a way to mark International Alopecia Day (Saturday 6th August 2016).  They both fall on the same day.  Have to say I'm a lil bit scared.  Especially when I was agreeing to the Terms and Conditions which basically in a roundabout way state that I may actually die.  I may actually die people!  So please donate if you can!  Make me feel a little bit better about all the mud, fire, ice, heights and electric shocks we're going to have to face!  ;-)
