Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Great North Run 2009!

This year, following our exploits on Dartmoor earlier, I will be raising money for ShelterBox. A truly fantastic charity based here in Cornwall, but operating globally who ship pre-packed boxes of essentials to those caught upin natural disasters and crises all over the world. After Dartmoor, I had the opportunity to visit their warehouse and it is truly amazing, so please do give generously.

£490 will pay for one box which will help 10 people, so please do give what you can.

In terms of the event itself, this will be my 9th GNR. However, I haven't been able to do as much training as I would normally. Am hoping a last minute high-intensity blast will do the job! If you do see me, remind me i need to do more running.
