We’ve been providing in-depth, expert information and wide-ranging support for over 35 years, helping thousands of people affected by lymphoma. Our work drives improvements in the diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare of lymphoma.

Story

Update:
The rally is over, and we made it back in one piece, and so did the car! You can read all about our adventures over on my blog. We ended up coming 2nd overall, which is awesome! A huge thanks to everyone who supported us and donated!

:)

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. I was lucky enough to get through the ordeal relatively unscathed. At the time I was diagnosed, I shaved off my 7 year old dreads for charity. Since I achieved remission in 2007, I've been looking for something else to do to help.

So on April 5th this year (2009), team Attack Monkey will be taking part in the Coyote Rally. This is a 4 day banger rally accross Europe, taking in 4 cities in 4 days, Paris, Munich, Prague and finally, Amsterdam! And all this in a car worth less than £500.

Our team consists of:
Tim (driver)
Pete (driver)
Lee (maps)
Bernie (mechanic)

We'll be raising money for three different charities (click the name of the charity to go to the donation page for that charity):
The Lymphoma Association
Marie Curie Cancer Care
Macmillan Nurses

Any donations are greatfully received! If you do donate, you will receive a confirmation email that will give you contact details to get in touch if you'd like to send a sticker for us to stick on the car for you. Obviously it can't be too big (as we need room for everyone), but we will try and fit your sticker on if you send us one!

Once the monkeymobile is ready to unveil, we'll post up pictures of the team, and there'll be a full write up and pictures after the event!

Once again, thank you for taking the time to visit our page and taking an interest!

:)
