BEN is the automotive and partner industries' own charity offering help, support, financial assistance and advice to over 15,000 people in their own homes every year. The Fund also provides a home to over 350 disabled and elderly people in one of four nursing and residential centres. Any individual who works or has worked in one of the industries BEN encompasses is eligible for help along with their dependants.

My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the AutoProtect JustGiving page.

BEN is the automotive industry charity, providing care and support to employees and their dependants in time of need.

BEN offer practical, emotional and financial support to anyone who works or has worked in the automotive industry, as well as their dependants. At the moment they provide assistance to more than 15,000 people for a wide range of issues.

The Directors, staff and friends at AutoProtect – 50 of us with ages ranging from 20-70 years will be cycling 50km to raise funds for our own automotive industry charity – BEN in the first annual Just Bike Event at Coate Water Country Park on 3^rd October 2009.

The company has supported BEN over many years and for many in our team this is going to be a feat of great endurance.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
