This year the Rosslyn Park ladies team, The Slingbacks, take on the massive challenge of cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End in just 9 days. And to make it worse (but much cheaper!) we will be camping along the way instead of staying in a nice comfy bed!

I'm the crazy lass who came up with the idea of cycling the End2End and so am probably responsible for everyones sore bum! I'm a broker for BGC in Canary Wharf, London and am cycling to raise money for Spinal Research. I was a new girl this year at the Slingbacks and although due to a broken leg I never actually played much I did my best to support the team and club socially!! 

I have always been a keen horse rider and now I ski and snowboard, along with all the cycling through hair raising London traffic so spinal injuries are something I have seen a few of. When I return from the E2E I have 5 days rest before I take on the ToughGuy Nettle Warrior challenge with another team of crazy loons.  I will be riding  Baby, my Specialized who inspired this ride by last year taking me from Peckham to Norfolk in a day, 138miles, and sparking my love for long distance cycling.

I assure you I will make it to the end and within our 9 day limit as I have to get back to work! Any donation you can make is much appreciated and will help to drive me on to finish this crazy ride, and in style!
