We fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men

Story

The sharper ones amongst you may have noticed there are a few of the boys around the office are attempting to become men by growing a moustache (or beard) for Movember (A month long celebration of the moustache). We are now into our second week, but won’t be clean shaving until the 1st December…  There have been varying degrees of success so far… Tally is able to grow a different tache everyday… Myself, Tony and Rob Peck are taking part incase you were wondering.

There is about 25 of us taking part (list below) and no one is exempt from looking ridiculous…  feel free to laugh and point but it would be great if you could accompany those jibes with a donation to the Prostate Cancer Charity – there is a sponsor form on the yellow pillar (next to James Ward)

The important bit:

Movember is about having fun, growing a moustache and raising much needed funds and awareness for men’s health – specifically prostate cancer. What many people don’t appreciate is that one man dies every hour of prostate cancer in the UK, more than 35,000 men will be diagnosed this year and that prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK

Please take away at least some of the embarrassment by helping us raise loads of money…

Ps – If you suspect anyone on the list of clean shaving along the way… please let me know  – there is a £20 fine for charity

Thanks,

Mike Williams
