Story
I lost a very special person to cancer earlier this year, and the nurses who cared for her in her final weeks were amazing. They were kind, patient and supportive, and helped us through some bad times.
I would like to give something back and raise as much money as I can for Macmillan Nurses. I'm sure you'll agree its a great cause.
Please sponsor me in my next exciting challenge - a trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro next February.
Kilimanjaro is the highest peak in Africa at 5,895 metres high (19,341 ft). It is a dormant volcano, with a glacier at its summit. There are many different trekking routes to choose from. I am trekking the Marangu route. The aim is to start the trek on 1 February, reach the summit on 5 February and complete the trek on 7 February.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
I would really appreciate your support.
