Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I have decided to take up this challenge for a very good cause and to continue my weight loss regime! For those of you know about the Liverpool to Leeds ride that I did last year and the fact that I fell into the canal, you might think I am foolhardy! Anyway, I am giving it a go and I have learned to swim properly just in case.
I have a lot of money to raise so all contributions will be gratefully received.
Well, on September 19th on a gloriously sunny day in Paris, I made it along with 77 others to the Eiffel Tower! It was an emotional and amazing journey down the Champs Elysee and I can't quite believe I did it. It was tough physically and emotionally and mentally but when I listened to the stories of why people were doing this and how their relatives have suffered and were suffering, it was worth it. Collectively we have already raised over £100, 000 but there is still time to keep donating!!
Thanks for all the donations so far and for the messages of support. I didn't fall in the Seine or any other stretch of water!!!
