 In October 2011, I will be embarking on a 400km cycle ride through Kenya on behalf of Women V Cancer, to raise funds for 3 amazing charities: Breast Cancer Care, Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action. 

 

I have been fundraising for over a year and I have now begun training for what is going to be an incredibly tough ride! 400km in 5 days, a LOT of incredibly steep hills and the insects are plentiful! But it is all for a very worthy cause.

 

The money raised for Women V Cancer will fund much needed research, help raise awareness and provide care and support for women suffering from breast, cervical and ovarian cancers.
