I know the state that I'm in.
I know that I should be able to do something about it of my own volition.

I know I should have done so before now.
But the simple fact is that I haven't.

I'm writing this on Friday 12th February 2010. 6 months on Sunday my 'baby' sister is getting married.
I'd really like to be able to wear something NOT resembling the thing behind me - and I know that she'd appreciate it too!  I don't expect to shrink to a waif - but I would like to become something like a 'normal' human being

Christian Aid is a charity that I've supported both financially and as a volunteer for a number of years.
