HELLO EVERYONE!

We've decided to run, walk and push our way around the 6-mile course of the BUPA Great Manchester Run in May to try and raise £800 for BASIC. Most of us have never done anything like this before and we need your help and encouragement to get us round SO PLEASE SPONSOR US!

  All money raised will help those that often have no where else to go following brain and spinal injury. We know it's a big ask to appeal for support, especially in the present economic climate, but brain and spinal injuries don't wait for credit crunches to end. Last year we had 14,000 visits to BASIC and this year looks set to be even busier - there is still a great need for BASIC to continue performing miracles
