We aim to hike 10km up "The Old Man of Coniston" over 10km climbing 803 meters above sea level  , followed by a 17km bike trail through Grizedale Forest and around Lake Coniston. If that's not enough we then have to Kayak 3km around the Lake Coniston.......All in 10hrs!
