Campaign by Beat (RCN 801343)
This summer, step out to show support for everyone affected by eating disorders. Celebrate recovery, meet new friends, and raise awareness of these serious mental illnesses.

Story

Next Saturday, I'll be joining Beat's first-ever Walk & Talk in Norwich. We're stepping out to raise money, show support for everyone affected by eating disorders, and fight the stigma and misunderstanding that surrounds them.

Beat is the UK's eating disorder charity. They campaign for positive change, run and assist research, provide information and awareness training, and run phone and email helplines 365 days a year for anyone who needs them.

I'm aiming to raise £100, which could fund a trained Beat Helpline support worker for a day. Every pound counts, so if you can, please Gift Aid your donation to give the charity 25% extra at no cost to you. That means your £10 will become £12.50, and £20 becomes £25!

Thank you so much for helping us make a difference to people affected by eating disorders.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
