Update, August 24th: Canoeing practice went well, no one got too wet and we even managed to go in straight lines! Kind of. Thanks to all our sponsors as we're not far from our target now, just a few more cakes sold and we'll be there.

August: Alison and Lorna have conquored Exmoor, Matt and Katie have lapped Grafham Water, Max has got a new bike and we’re all off canoeing this weekend. Hopefully if we all survive that we’ll be in good shape for the challenge on the 1 September. Its getting close now!!!
Alison is a freelance graphic designer and Artist, Matt and Max work for IFF, Katie (Matt's wife) works for Dengie and Lorna and Minty are both based at Baileys. We're going to cycle 12 miles, climb the old man of Coniston and row a course on Lake Coniston, which is a total of 22 miles, climbing over 800m.
