We did it!

There were some serious obstacles on route. It turns out that Clare had sand in her shoes from a beach trip the previous weekend leaving her feet red raw by half-way. Even more disturbingly, Simon Hughes MP insisted on clambering over the barrier and running alongside her for half a mile! I trust he won't be claiming new trainers on his expenses.

It was tough as the field and the crowds thinned out in the Isle of Dogs but we were motivated by the fact that we were raising £500 with every mile completed. So thank you to all those who've donated (or who are about to donate!) 

And Tim's five mile sprint finish ensured that two rhinos were taken out on the home strait.
