Thank you SO much for visiting my fundraising page.

As many of you will know, this is a really personal cause I´m running for this year and although not the most glamorous it is vital that Bowel Cancer UK continues to raise much needed funds so they can help and support existing and future sufferers of what is a frighteningly common disease.

It seems I haven´t learnt my lesson from last year´s 10k and have decided to attempt it again, this time hopefully improving on my time and NOT feeling like dying at the end of it!  The only thing that´s gonna get me round the track aside from a load of taurean stubborness is the support of you guys.  Every comment and every donation made will be pushing me that bit further round the course - believe me, it doesn´t go unnoticed.

I am painfully aware of how tight all our finances are at the moment but if you could just spare a little towards this challenge - a tenner is just a couple of cocktails, or a cinema ticket if you live in london (thieving bastards!)  I'm pretty sure you won´t miss the cash, and you WILL get that warm feeling inside knowing you´ve supported not just your friend but also thousands of cancer sufferers here in the UK.
