We did it! We set off from Crystal Palace at 11pm on Friday night and, 100km, 8 hours, 6 cereal bars and 4 rest breaks later, we arrived back, exhausted but happy. We avoided the drunks (mostly), survived the late night drivers and saw the sun come up as we crossed the river. It was glorious. But exhausting. And undoubtedly worth every bit of sponsor money raised.

So thank you for dropping by and helping to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, an awesome charity that supports people living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. 1 in 3 people over 65 die with dementia, which means that you probably know someone whose life is affected by it right now, even if you don't realise it.
